In these trying economic times, we understand that it is difficult to make mortgage payments and put food on the table for your family. At times these two may be at odds. It is our goal to help you navigate the short sale process, which can take several months, and bring it to the closing table for you.

We also understand that with all of the minutiae involved in a move many clients do not have the time to attend the closing. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible and remove the stresses and uncertainty of the contract process from ordering all of the payoffs, completing the closing documents and attending the closing on your behalf. We are here to help you navigate the nuances of the Chicago Landlord Tenant Ordinance and other comparable ordinances and reach a resolution. We are also able to help landlords avoid some of the pitfalls inherent in the Chicago Landlord Ordinance by working with the landlord to provide a lease with all of the appropriate disclosures.
